The agreement between you and NELLA Support when you use this platform.
NELLA Support ("we", "us") is a technology platform, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. Registration and filing services are fulfilled through our network of licensed Ghanaian legal practitioners and accredited agents. Document templates and guides are general information, not advice on your specific situation. Using the platform does not create a lawyer–client relationship between you and NELLA Support. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed Ghanaian lawyer.
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at info@nellasupport.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or unlawfully.
For registration and filing services, you complete a questionnaire, pay the displayed fee, and our team prepares and submits your filing to the relevant public agency. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide — filings are prepared from your answers, and errors in your answers may cause rejection or delay. Where a public agency requires additional information or signatures, you agree to provide them promptly.
Processing times are set by public agencies such as the Office of the Registrar of Companies, not by us. Estimates shown on the site are typical, not guaranteed.
All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Paystack (cards and mobile money). Fees shown as "From" may increase for complex cases — we will tell you before you pay any difference.
Refunds: if we have not yet started work on your order, you may cancel for a full refund of our service fee. Once work has begun, we may retain the portion covering work done and any official fees already paid to public agencies, which are non-refundable once paid. Instantly delivered products (generated documents) are non-refundable once downloaded. If we make an error in your filing, we will correct and refile at our own cost.
Annual plans (such as Company Secretary or Compliance Plus) renew automatically each year using your saved payment authorisation with Paystack. We email a reminder before each renewal, and you can cancel any time from your dashboard or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Physical document delivery is performed by DHL Express or a comparable courier. Courier fees are quoted per shipment and paid before dispatch. Once a shipment is handed to the courier, delivery timelines and liability are governed by the courier's terms; we will assist you with tracking and claims.
Documents in your vault remain yours. We store them securely so you can access them at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data. You grant us the limited right to process your information solely to deliver the services you order.
You agree not to use the platform to submit false information to public agencies, register entities for unlawful purposes, infringe others' intellectual property, attempt to breach the platform's security, or resell the services without our written agreement.
The platform, its design, text, templates and software are owned by NELLA Support or its licensors. Documents generated for you are yours to use for your business; the underlying templates remain ours.
We work hard to get every filing right, but to the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law: the platform is provided "as is"; we are not liable for decisions of public agencies, agency delays, or losses caused by inaccurate information you provide; and our total liability for any order is limited to the fees you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Orders already paid for will be completed or refunded per section 4.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. We prefer to resolve issues directly — contact us first at info@nellasupport.com. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Changes are posted here with an updated date; material changes will be notified by email or a site notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
