Is NELLA Support a law firm?

No. NELLA Support is a technology platform. Registrations and filings are prepared and lodged through our network of licensed Ghanaian legal practitioners and accredited agents. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and using it does not create a lawyer–client relationship.

How long does a registration take?

Standard ORC processing is typically 3–10 business days after submission, depending on the service and the registry's workload. You can follow every stage live from your dashboard, and message our team at any time.

How do I pay?

By card or Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money) at checkout, processed securely by Paystack. All prices are flat and include VAT — the price you see is the price you pay.

Can I register a business from outside Ghana?

Yes. The entire process is online, so diaspora founders can register from anywhere. Some registrations require a Ghana-resident officer (for example, companies need at least one director ordinarily resident in Ghana, and external companies need a local manager) — our team will guide you.

What do I need before I start?

For most registrations: your proposed names (up to four, in order of preference), a Ghana digital address (GhanaPostGPS), and Ghana Card or passport details for the people involved. TIN registration can be bundled in if you don't have one.

Where do my documents go?

Everything lives in your dashboard under My Documents — documents you generate, plus certificates and filed forms our team uploads when your order completes. They stay available every time you sign in.

Can I save a form and finish later?

Yes — every questionnaire has "Save for later". Resume from your dashboard under Pending Orders.

What happens after I pay?

Your request, form answers and payment confirmation go straight to the NELLA Support team. They prepare and file with the registry, update your order status at each stage, and message you if anything is needed. When complete, your documents appear in your vault.

How are refunds handled?

If we haven't started processing, contact us for a full refund. Once a filing has been lodged with a registry, official fees are usually non-refundable, but we'll always review case by case — email info@nellasupport.com.
